TasteDifferently collects a few personal data, including name, email, shipping address, telephone number and cookies. These data are voluntarily indicated by each buyer and are stored in the IT system of GCLF KIG in Switzerland. There is no set timeline upon which buyers' data maybe deleted.

03 PROFILE AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Buyers sign up and create their account on TasteDifferently voluntarily and commit to indicate truthful non fraudulent information. Buyers can request to cancel their profile and account by email at email@example.com.
TasteDifferently has the right to block and delete buyers' accounts upon its discretion and without notification.
Prices include VAT and are indicated in Swiss francs per unit. Prices exclude delivery. All wines are offered subject to market movement, therefore price fluctuations may incur.
Payment is due prior to shipping. Differently reserves the right to (i) cancel orders or (ii) adjust prices following any delay in payment or any increase in taxes, duties or shipping
06 NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS AND RETURN POLICY
If, for whatever reason, you should receive a damaged bottle, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the nature of the damage. In the event of broken or damaged goods, we request that you send us the bottle by mail and an image of it along with a description of the damage by e-mail. If you wish to receive a refund for damaged merchandise or products that didn’t meet your expectations, we ask that you send your request for refund along with a brief explanation and
the damaged goods within 8 days from the request for refund to the following address:

TasteDifferently will remain proprietor of the goods until full payment. No collection nor delivery of the goods will be allowed until full payment of the sums is received. Paid orders can be held against any outstanding overdue invoices until all accounts are paid.
08 SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
Based on the delivery address indicated by the buyer, TasteDifferently will organise delivery within Switzerland only. Confirmation of delivery shall occur by email. Third party shipment specialists will be used.
09 AGE RESTRICTIONS
By placing an order with TasteDifferently, the buyer confirms that he or she meets the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol in the country where he or she lives. If TasteDifferently discovers that the buyer is not legally entitled to purchase alcohol, TasteDifferently shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately and without notice.
TasteDifferently’s liability for failure to perform its obligations is limited to damages caused by gross negligence or intention.
11 APPLICABLE LAW
All contracts are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes arising from or in connection to this contract shall be exclusively judged by the competent court of Zürich. TasteDifferently also has the right to assert its rights before the courts of the competent jurisdiction of the buyer.
